Projects

Invoicing Process Revamp

As the Business Coordinator for the Digital Media Team at Zeno Group Chicago, I was hired to redesign the team’s invoicing process in order to increase payment efficiency and strengthen operational accountability among the team’s members. The project focus was to facilitate consistent and efficient payouts to digital media influencers for marketing campaign work.

This project includes a Project Scope Worksheet for a high-level overview and analysis of goals, an analysis of risk using Excel, a Work Breakdown Structure in the form of a Miro Board, and the final document describing the full process that was distributed to the team for continued reference and use.

Influencer Identification + Presentation

As the Business Coordinator for Zeno Group Chicago, I was tasked with researching and identifying social media influencers to produce marketing content for clients as part of their digital marketing campaigns. Using the database Tagger, I gathered options for the internal team’s review, which was then turned into a visual presentation given to the client.

This project includes an example of the data pulled together after preliminary identification, the approved influencers compiled in a document to show process, and the presentation of the chosen influencers that translates the data into a visual asset.

Project Management Certification Learnings

While working at Esrock Partners Inc. as the Project Coordinator on the Project Management Team, I chose to take a class outside of work to prepare me for my Project Management Certification. The Project Management team at Esrock tasked me with taking my learnings about PM Certification from this course and translating it into a visual presentation in order to easily inform other team members about what the process of certification entailed.

This project includes a presentation using visual tools to take my own findings and portray them in an appealing and digestible manner for the internal team.
